This notice explains how Valor One Analytics (“we”) handles personal data collected through valorone.ai. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you give us in the request form: name, organisation, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and your message.
• Basic, aggregated website usage (pages viewed, buttons pressed) to improve the site.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, arrange a session you ask for, or send event updates you register for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not profile or target individual voters.

Who sees it

Our team, and service providers who host the site, deliver email and store form submissions on our behalf, under confidentiality.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows, and then we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Write to rajasekarj@valorone.ai; we reply within one working day and act within the time the law allows.
